How does online shopping on MyPCGarden.ca work?

Shopping online with MyPCGarden.ca is a convenient way to do your Garden Centre shopping online with the added benefit of having your order delivered to your doorstep.

Is there a minimum order value to place an order online?

Our online shopping service for MyPCGarden.ca is available on all orders, there is no minimum. Orders are subject to a $50.00 delivery charge for all orders under $100.00 (before taxes). For orders that exceed $100.00 (before taxes), delivery will be reduced to $25.00.

Do I need to register or create an account to place an order?

No, at this time you will not need to create an account to place an order online. Simply fill out the shipping and billing details at the checkout stage of your order.

Why can't I find an item online that I have seen available in-store?

At this time, online shopping on MyPCGarden.ca is in initial stages. Our goal is to provide our customers with the largest assortment of items available, but only select items will be available for purchase online.

Can I place an order by phone?

How can I cancel an order?

If it is prior to the cut off time, you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at: 1-844-874-9941 or by filling out our form on the 'Contact Us' page.

Is there a cut off time for ordering?

When you are placing an order, the next available delivery time for your location will be displayed. Orders placed after Wednesdays at 12:00pm (noon), will be delivered the following Friday or Saturday.

What if one of my items is not available after my order is placed?

If an item is out of stock after you have submitted your order, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you immediately to adjust your order total or suggest an alternative item to add to your order.

Can I earn or use PC Plus Points for MyPCGarden.ca orders?

PC Plus Points are currently not available or accepted for MyPCGarden.ca orders.

What if I have a problem with an item after receiving my order?

We provide a guarantee of freshness. Our goal is to ensure that we pick the freshest and best items for our customers. If the product received is not to your satisfaction, you can return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
