Live goods and PC® brand bagged soil - Seven Day Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your beautiful live garden products, that's why we offer a convenient seven day return policy.

We guarantee your satisfaction upon receiving your purchase of live goods for seven (7) days from the date of delivery. If you aren't completely satisfied, simply return the live goods to your local Loblaws store within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, together with your order confirmation email, and receive an immediate refund of the value paid for the product. No exchanges or credit.

All delivery issues including but not limited to: late or no-show delivery, incorrect product or incorrect count, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our customer service line: 1-844-874-9941.

Use our store locator at to find your local Loblaw Garden Centre. If you are unable to return your order to one of our stores, please contact our Customer Service Centre at 1-844-874-9941 for assistance.

Items without the confirmation email, end of season and final sale items are non-refundable.

Failure to provide adequate and proper care of your live goods may render this guarantee null and void. Live goods are not guaranteed against damage by natural disasters, extreme weather, animals or insects.
